I’m Will Waddell, the creator behind Next Step Visualz. My journey into videography started when friends who knew I had a passion for this type of work suggested I give it a try. A close friend of mine, who rapped and really wanted me to pursue videography, was taken away unexpectedly. That loss pushed me to finally take it seriously.

The idea of "Next Step" came from a conversation with my friend Nate, who reminded me that instead of fearing what's to come, we should focus on taking the next step. Through all the ups and downs, that philosophy has kept me going. Born and raised in East Cleveland, Ohio, I moved to Elyria in 7th grade, graduated high school there playing basketball all 4 years , and went to college to play basketball for a semester at Siena Heights. Now, I work as a Paraprofessional aide for Cleveland Heights and also A Youth Basketball Coach.
